Do you warranty concrete work?
There’s no written warranty on concrete, and you should be wary of anyone who offers one. Concrete moves as it cures and every slab cracks eventually. Considering this, we cut control joints into the pour (the straight lines you see across a slab), so it cracks along those instead of where it likes. Most times, this keeps your slab looking great despite any shifting.
How does payment work?
Usually a down payment to get started, then payments as the project progresses rather than one bill at the end. Financing depends on the job — worth asking Dan when he walks the site.
